Weekend recap
Sunday, January 9th, 2005Went to my side of the family’s Christmas get together. This was the only time we could get everyone together since we’re spread across the state. It was nice seeing everyone.
I got a Pittsburgh Penguins vest. It’s nice, but I’m sure the weather won’t allow me to use it until atleast March (stupid Smarch).
We tried going to the Machine Go Boom/Kiddo show last night at The Beachland Ballroom, but it was sold out. Good for them. It’s good to see the local bands getting support like that (even if the show cost you .99 cents).
So we went over to the new records store by the Beachland called Music Saves. A nice selection of indie rock with a little vinyl thrown in. We bought a Kiddo CD.
